Why and how did I start working as a trainer?

Even as a girl, I went through a big life change - spinal surgery at the age of 12. That moment taught me how precious health is and how important it is to know how to properly move, train and take care of your body.
It was then that I decided that I would learn and improve, both for myself and for all people who are going through similar challenges. I have been training, educating myself and passing on the acquired knowledge for more than eight years.
The gym has become a second home for me - a place where I grow, where I find strength and where I help others find theirs. The most beautiful part of my job is the feeling when I see that training becomes a source of self-confidence, strength and joy for the people I lead, just as it has become for me.
